Arrival & Transportation
Peaks Place, Via Uletsch 1, 7031 Laax
- Please park your car in the 15-minute parking spaces in front of the hotel while you check in. After that, you can park in the underground garage.
- The cost for a garage parking space is CHF 15.00 per car per night in the summer and CHF 20.00 in the winter.
- You do not need to reserve a parking space in advance.
- A paid charging station is available for electric cars at the apartment hotel.
- From the Chur PostBus station, you can reach Peaks Place by PostBus in about 40 minutes.
- Our Laax, Rancho stop is just a few steps away from Peaks Place. Please use the underpass. To do so, walk along the sidewalk toward the roundabout.
- Plan your trip quickly with the SBB app.
- Mobility electric cars are available in Flims (Promenada parking garage) and Laax (Grava parking garage). This allows you to travel comfortably by public transportation and rent a car once you arrive.
- Express your interest via the Mobility contact form, noting “Accommodation provider Flims / Laax.” Mobility will then get back to you within 48 hours.
- By using this contact form, you’ll be exempt from the Mobility registration fee of CHF 39.90 for “MobilityEASY.”
- If you have any questions, please contact the front desk directly.
All public transportation between Flims, Laax, and Falera, as well as all local buses, can be used free of charge with a guest card, a valid mountain railway ticket, or a local resident ID.
Exception: Bargis and Nightliner services.

The nearest stop (Laax, Rancho) is located about 100 meters away, below the Coop gas station.
Accommodations & Apartments
Your apartment will be ready for you to check in on your arrival day starting at 4:00 p.m. But we’d be happy to welcome you even earlier! You’re welcome to leave your luggage in our luggage room at any time and dive right into the relaxing natural surroundings of Flims Laax.
Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. You can pay by 10:00 p.m. the day before or on the day of departure.
You can pay by credit card, debit card, or cash until 10:00 p.m. the night before or on the day of departure.
We ask that you sort your trash and use only the green, fee-based trash bags (mandatory). Please dispose of your green trash bags and glass bottles only in the designated trash bins. These are located outside at the exit/entrance to the underground parking garage on the right-hand side. Hazardous waste and bulky items do not belong in these bins. We have provided a sufficient supply of trash bags for you in the kitchen. Additional bags are available upon request at the front desk for CHF 1.60 per bag.
The recycling area for PET bottles, cans, paper, and cardboard is located in Building F on the first basement level, right next to the elevator (door marked “Recycling”).
The final cleaning fee is a one-time charge of between CHF 165.00 and CHF 270.00, depending on the size of the apartment. There is also a charge of CHF 30.00 per person for bed linens. For more information and specific details, please contact the front desk directly: reception@peaks-place.com
A clothes rack is available in your apartment’s storage room for drying towels. Please do not hang your laundry over the balcony railing.
We provide each guest with a set of towels. We are happy to provide additional towels for a fee. Please contact the front desk if needed.
A luggage room is available to you at all times in Building F. You are welcome to store your luggage there on your arrival and departure days.
We offer free Wi-Fi via the Peaks Place network. Please accept the terms and conditions on the homepage to enjoy unlimited internet access. No password is required.
Self-cleaning during your stay
- Please use only the cleaning supplies provided to clean the apartment.
- Vacuum cleaners and special cleaning supplies are available at the front desk
Cleaning service by Peaks Place
Upon request, we offer daily or one-time cleaning services as well as linen changes. Please contact the front desk for pricing information.

There is a safe available in your apartment.
In Building F (-2), you’ll find 2 washing machines, 2 dryers, and an ironing board. Laundry detergent is available at the front desk.
Cost: CHF 1.20/hour, payable via coin-operated machines.
The laundry room is also available on your departure day.

Piz Signina Children’s Playroom
At the Peaks Place “Piz Signina” children’s playroom, our youngest guests will have a wonderful time. From children’s books and crayons to building blocks, toy cars, and a play kitchen, they’ll find everything a child could want to play with. Lego? You bet!
The lovingly decorated children’s room is open daily from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and little ones are welcome when accompanied by an adult.
Piz Fess Teen Playroom
The “Piz Fess” youth room features a ping-pong table and a foosball table for teens and the young at heart. The whole family is invited to play a round or two of foosball together and enjoy some fun times in the “Piz Fess” youth room.
The youth game room is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
We’d be happy to take you to the Laax valley station in winter on our shuttle bus so you can hit the slopes as quickly as possible. After your day out in nature, we’ll pick you up again and bring you back to the Basecamp at Peaks Place.
