Arrival by public transport
- From Chur, post bus station, you can reach Peaks Place by post bus in around 40 minutes.
- Our bus stop Laax, Rancho is just a few steps away from Peaks Place. Please use the underpass. Walk along the sidewalk towards the traffic circle.
- Plan your journey quickly with the SBB app.
Arrival by car & parking
- Park your car for check-in in the 15-minute parking spaces in front of the hotel. You can then park in the underground garage.
- The cost for a garage parking space is CHF 20.00 per car per night.
- The parking space does not need to be reserved in advance.
- A charging station for electric cars is available at the apartment hotel for a fee.
Mobility e-car sharing
- Mobility e-cars are available in Flims (Promenada parking garage) and Laax (Grava parking garage). This allows you to travel comfortably by public transport and rent a car on site.
- Register your interest via the Mobility contact form with the note ‚Overnight accommodation provider Flims / Laax‚. Mobility will then get back to you within 48 hours.
- With this contact form, the Mobility registration fee of CHF 39.90 for the „MobilityEASY ” will be waived.

If the weather happens to be bad in Laax for a change, the destination still has a lot to offer. Be inspired and turn a gloomy day into the highlight of your vacation.
As a certified bike hotel, we offer you a range of services for your experience on two wheels.
You can do everything but don’t have to do anything: You’re on vacation, you don’t have to cook or prepare breakfast. Reserve your breakfast table at s’nani at reception the evening before and start the day with a hearty breakfast made with brutally local ingredients.
Self-cleaning during your stay
– Please only use the cleaning products provided to clean the apartment.
– Vacuum cleaners and special cleaning products are available at reception.

On request, we offer daily or one-time cleaning and linen changes. Please contact reception for information about prices.
Your apartment is ready for occupancy from 16.00 on the day of arrival. But we are also happy to say Allegra earlier! You can leave your luggage in our luggage room at any time and immediately immerse yourself in the relaxing nature of Flims Laax.
Check out is until 10.00 am on the day of departure. You can pay the day before until 10.00 pm or on the day of departure.

Piz Signina children’s playroom
Our youngest guests will have a wonderful time in the Peaks Place children’s playroom, “Piz Signina.” From children’s books and colored pencils to building blocks, toy cars, and a children’s kitchen, they will find everything a child’s heart desires for play. Lego? Of course!
The lovingly furnished children’s room is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and children are welcome when accompanied by an adult.
Piz Fess youth playroom
The Piz Fess youth room has a table tennis table and a foosball table for teenagers and the young at heart. The whole family is welcome to play a game or two together and spend a few fun hours in the Piz Fess youth room.
The youth playroom is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

We offer you free Wi-Fi via the Peaks Place network. Please confirm the terms and conditions on the homepage to be able to surf unlimited. No password is required.
There are 2 washing machines, 2 dryers and an ironing board available in House F (-2). Washing powder is available at the reception.
Costs: CHF 1.20/h, to be paid via coin-operated machines.
The laundry room is also available on the day of departure.
A drying rack is available in the storage room of your apartment for drying terry cloth items. Please do not hang your laundry over the balcony railing.
Each guest receives a laundry set from us. We are happy to provide additional terry cloth items for a fee. Please contact the reception desk if required.
A luggage room is available in House F at all times. You can also leave your luggage there on the day of arrival and departure.

The lovingly furnished children’s room is open daily and the little ones are very welcome when accompanied by an adult.

In the Piz Fess youth room there is a table tennis and a table football for youngsters and the young at heart. You are cordially invited to play one or more rounds of table football with your friends and family and spend fun times in the Piz Fess youth room.
Pets are allowed in the apartments by prior arrangement and are charged at CHF 20 per day without food.
All public transport between Flims, Laax, and Falera, as well as all local buses, can be used free of charge with a guest card, valid mountain railway ticket, or local ID card.

The nearest stop (Laax, Rancho) is approximately 100m away, below the Coop gas station.

There is a safe in your apartment.
In winter, we are happy to take you to the Laax valley station in our own shuttle bus so that you can get to the slopes as quickly as possible. After your day in the great outdoors, we will pick you up again and take you back to the base camp at Peaks Place.

The Peaks Place Apartment Hotel Wellness & Spa is a partner of Spa Around. If you stay at Peaks Place for at least one night, you will receive the wellness pass free of charge. We kindly ask you to separate your waste and only use the green waste bags (mandatory). Please dispose of your green waste bags and glass bottles in the designated bins. These are located outside on the right-hand side of the underground car park exit/entrance. Hazardous waste and bulky items do not belong in these bins. We have provided a sufficient number of waste bags for you in the kitchen. Additional bags are available on request at reception for CHF 1.60 per bag.
The disposal area for PET bottles, cans, paper, and cardboard is located in House F on the first basement level, directly next to the elevator (door marked “Müllentsorgung” [waste disposal]).
