«Bien di, my dears»

«Nani», that’s what they call me in Graubünden. I am the Nani and I am standing at the stove for you in the Apartment Hotel & Spa Peaks Place in Laax. As a true “dunna Sursilvana” I naturally only use products from the region, because I am very proud of my origins and the producers of my region. The vegetables come directly from the field, the duck from Malans around the corner and the “recipe” for my cake comes from my “tatta”. In addition I serve fine wines from the Bündner Herrschaft, but also homemade drinks according to a secret recipe. Sin seveser!
