To relax, 850 m² of wellness await you. You can really work out in the sports pool as well as in the weights and fitness room before working up a sweat in the Finnish sauna, bio sauna and steam bath. For mindful relaxation, the whirlpool grotto and Kneipp pool await you. And you can relax even more with a massage. Take the time to breathe deeply – for example on the open-air terrace and in the relaxation room.

Finnish sauna (90°)
Pleasant warmth, intensely fragrant aromas – recharge your batteries in the Finnish sauna.
Bio sauna (65°)
Sauna the gentle way. Ideal for beginners. Instead of Finnish heat, the
40 – 50 % humidity here is gentler for relaxation.
Steam bath (40°-45°)
Fragrant aromas, pleasant radiant heat in hot, humid air. A blessing for body, mind and soul.
Whirlpool Grotto (35°)
Ideal after a long day of skiing, hiking or biking. Numerous massage jets and warm water relax muscles and tissue. Enjoy the flickering fire in a cozy atmosphere.
Kneipp water pool
The Kneipp water basin is particularly suitable after a sauna or simply to give your legs a lasting feeling of lightness. Particularly recommended for circulation problems, varicose veins or oedema. The stones on the floor also have a foot massage effect.
Swimming pool Sports pool (15m)
The spacious sports pool invites you to enjoy a swim. Swim your laps in the 15-metre sports pool and enjoy the breathtaking mountain panorama. Whether you’re a sports or leisure swimmer – everyone gets their money’s worth here.
Treatments & Massages
Treat yourself to some time out and relieve stress and tension with a massage. It also relieves pain and strengthens the immune system.
Massage table
Experience a calm, relaxing massage in around 40 minutes with the massage table, which you operate independently.
Relaxation room
The relaxation room with comfortable loungers invites you to relax and read between sauna sessions. The areas can be separated by curtains for privacy and security.
Outdoor terrace
Breathe in the fresh Graubünden mountain air and enjoy the view of the mountains.

7.00 a.m. – 9.00 p.m. (Day Spa until 4.00 p.m. and by appointment only).
Access to swimming pool for children and teenagers only when accompanied by an adult. Fitness area from 16 years.
Saunas and steam bath are open from 2.00 p.m. In case of bad weather and upon prior notification by phone (+41 (0) 81 927 10 10) also before. Entry only for adults from 16 years.
Free entry for hotel guests
Important: The sauna area is textile-free for hygienic reasons. This does not mean that no covering is desired. Sauna towels can be borrowed from us at an additional charge.

Children’s time at La Senda
To make sure that our younger guests also enjoy their stay to the fullest, there is a children’s time in the swimming pool of La Senda, where children can let off steam, and it can get a little louder sometimes.
The times are as follows:
> 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.: Open for all
> 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.: Children’s time to let off steam
> 7 p.m. – 9 p.m.: From 14 years old
