The “Wheel of Fortune” promotion is run by Peaks Place Hotel, 7031 Laax. - Eligibility
Anyone aged 18 or over is eligible to participate. Employees of Peaks Place Hotel are excluded. - Promotion period
The promotion runs from [17.12.2025] to [30.12.2025]. Prizes can only be redeemed within this period. - How it works
- Each eligible person can spin the wheel of fortune once per day.
- Prizes will be awarded in the form of voucher codes or non-cash prizes.
- Prizes and redemption
- Vouchers are only valid for direct bookings made via the official booking channel.
- Vouchers cannot be combined and are only valid for the specified period.
- Non-cash prizes (e.g., Sigg bottle, T-shirt) will be awarded subject to availability.
- Items are only available while stocks last. If a non-cash prize is no longer available, the organizer reserves the right to provide an equivalent replacement prize or to cancel the prize without replacement.
- Unavailability of services
- If a prize (e.g., dinner at the s’nani restaurant) cannot be redeemed due to cancellation or closure, an equivalent replacement will be offered (e.g., voucher for another service).
- There is no entitlement to cash payment.
- Misuse and exclusion
Multiple entries through technical manipulation are prohibited.
In the event of suspected misuse, the organizer reserves the right to exclude participants. - Disclaimer
The organizer accepts no liability for technical malfunctions that prevent participation or redemption. - Data protection
The data protection provisions of the Peaks Place Hotel apply. Personal data will be used exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the promotion. - Legal recourse
Legal recourse is excluded. Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Chur.
