At the s’nani restaurant in Laax, grandmother’s recipes are reinterpreted. The team around Swiss gastronome Pascal Schmutz uses mainly regional ingredients. The result is unique and healthy dishes.

S’nani is looking forward to seeing you. A limited number of parking spaces are available to our restaurant guests in the underground garage or outside free of charge.

Abolition of the certificate, mask and seat requirement:

The s’nani restaurant will no longer require a certificate as of February 17, 2022. The obligation to wear a mask and to sit down will also be abolished.

«Bien di, my dears»

«Nani», that’s what they call me in Graubünden. I am the grandmother and I am standing in the kitchen for you in the apartment hotel & spa Peak Place in Laax. As a true «dunna Sursilvana», I naturally only use products from the region, because I am very proud of my origins and the producers of my region. The vegetables come directly from the field, the duck from Malans around the corner and the «recipe» for my cake comes from my «tata». To go with it, I serve fine wines from the «Bündner Herrschaft», but also homemade drinks made to a secret recipe. Sin seveser!
