At the s’nani restaurant in Laax, grandmother’s recipes are reinterpreted. The team around Swiss gastronome Pascal Schmutz uses mainly regional ingredients. The result is unique and healthy dishes.

Certificate obligation as of 13.9.2021
The s’nani restaurant is subject to compulsory certification in accordance with the requirements of the FOPH. You can gain access to the restaurant by showing a valid certificate (vaccinated, recovered or tested) and a corresponding identity card.
Without a valid certificate, you can still enjoy the s’nani dishes. The outdoor area on the terrace and Take Away are available for this purpose.

“Bien di, my dears”
“Nani”, that’s what they call me in Graubünden. I am the grandmother and I am standing in the kitchen for you in the apartment hotel & spa Peak Place in Laax. As a true “dunna Sursilvana”, I naturally only use products from the region, because I am very proud of my origins and the producers of my region. The vegetables come directly from the field, the duck from Malans around the corner and the “recipe” for my cake comes from my “tata”.
