«Bien di, my dears»
«Nani», that’s what they call me in Graubünden. I am the grandmother and I am standing in the kitchen for you in the apartment hotel & spa Peak Place in Laax. As a true «dunna Sursilvana», I naturally only use products from the region, because I am very proud of my origins and the producers of my region. The vegetables come directly from the field, the duck from Malans around the corner and the «recipe» for my cake comes from my «tata». To go with it, I serve fine wines from the «Bündner Herrschaft», but also homemade drinks made to a secret recipe. Sin seveser!
