The wild season at s’nani is a small highlight every year—for our team as well as for our guests. Inspired by the colors of the autumn forest, we create dishes that warm both the heart and the stomach. When wild season begins, our chef Gimmy’s eyes light up. “Wild season is an incredibly wonderful time of year in the kitchen. Game is honest, full of character, and allows for so many exciting combinations.
