Inspired by the colors of the autumn forest, we create dishes that warm both the heart and the stomach. Sometimes hearty, sometimes down-to-earth, sometimes surprisingly light, but always with the aim of getting the best out of the season. That’s exactly what makes our wild menu so special: it combines tradition with new ideas and brings the diversity of autumn directly to the table.

When wild season begins, our chef Gimmy’s eyes light up. “Wild season is an incredibly wonderful time of year in the kitchen. Game is honest, full of character, and allows for so many exciting combinations. I especially love combining classic recipes with new ideas—this keeps tradition alive while still offering surprises.” This passion is evident in every dish served at s’nani.

Graubünden.ch has presented the top 10 game restaurants in the canton, and s’nani in Laax is one of them! As the first regio.garantie-certified restaurant in Switzerland, we attach great importance to origin and quality. Our game meat comes exclusively from friendly hunters in Graubünden – fresh, regional, and sustainable. This award confirms our approach: regional products, authentically interpreted and served with a lot of heart.
