News: The s'nani offers a take away service. For hotel guests, the s'nani is open from 4pm - 11pm. Table reservations are possible directly at the reception. Due to the latest developments, we are unfortunately not allowed to welcome external guests for the time being.

At the s'nani restaurant in Laax, grandmother's recipes are reinterpreted. Pascal Schmutz's team has created a regionally inspired menu with unique, cheeky and healthy dishes. Seasonal specialities, vegetarian dishes, burger creations and our homemade desserts will surprise you. The ideal place to recharge your batteries after an active day on the mountain or to start the day with a vital breakfast.

A welcome greeting from the Nani

I am the „Nani" and I am standing for you at the stove in the Apartment Hotel & Spa Peak Place in Laax. I'm a big deal, they say. That's probably true, because I like to try something out and do the things a little bit different.

Nevertheless, the traditional "cuschina sursilvana" is in the spotlight, just like I learned it from "mia famiglia". As a genuine "dunna sursilvana" I only use local products, because I am very proud of my origin and the producers of my region. The vegetables come directly from the field, the duck from Malans around the corner and the recipe for my cake is from "my tata". 

I cook for young and old, and in the end everyone is full and happy. My food should simply be fun for everyone! 

I serve fine wines from the "Bündner Herrschaft", but also homemade drinks made to a secret recipe.
